Living in the moment

Much of our imagination about the future is based on our past. In this imagined future, our fears, apprehensions and desires play out. It is nothing more than a fantasy. It is difficult but necessary to come into the moment, to inhabit my own space and begin to know that it is here that all possibilities exist. —Bruce Zeines
